Our client is an international provider of Private Wealth Management services, with offices in Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UK, USA and Switzerland.

The scope of the project was to help internal stakeholders learn more about the business, key services, how to navigate through internal systems and processes.

Solution

Nexa proposed a solution based around HubSpot technology, content creation and videos that showed employees simple, step-by-step solutions to their daily tasks and also complex technical requirements that may arise from time to time.

The solution was designed to save time and reduce frustration, while empowering employees to take learning and training into their own hands.  The solution also reduced lost time within the business.
